New Zealand Rewarewa Honey Baked Kumera Recipe Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 500g diced Kumera (leave the skin on for extra flavor)
- 5 Tablespoons of New Zealand Rewarewa Honey
- 1 Tablespoon finely diced fresh root ginger
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Make sure the Kumera are well coated in the New Zealand Rewarewa Honey mix.
- Transfer the honey coated Kumera to a large baking dish and place in the hot oven for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, stir well and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
