Manuka Honey Bircher Muesli Recipe

Manuka Honey Bircher Muesli Recipe Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 Tablespoons premium ManukaX New Zealand Manuka Honey or the honey of your choice
- 2 Tablespoons walnuts
- 2 Tablespoons peanuts (choose raw, not salted, nuts)
- 1 Tablespoon Almonds
- 500ml natural or Greek yoghurt
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 500g strawberries or other berries
- 2 Tablespoons raisins, or dried fruit of your choice
- 200g whole oats
Method:
- Roughly chop the nuts, and wash and core the strawberries (if using).
- Mix together the honey, yoghurt and lemon juice until well combined
- Fold all other ingredients through the honey mixture (add a little fruit juice if the mixture seems too firm) and refrigerate overnight.
- To serve drizzle with a little warmed ManukaX New Zealand Manuka Honey and enjoy!
