Ingredients: Manuka Honey 95%, Glucosamine Sulphate (as potassium complex) 5%, Bee Venom <0.1%.
Directions: One teaspoon contains less than one bee sting. Start with ¼ of a teaspoon per day and increase to 1-2 teaspoons per day.
